Htet Htet, D.M.D.

Dr. Htet Htet was born and raised in Rangoon, Burma. She attended The George Washington University in Washington D.C where she received a Presidential academic scholarship. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was nominated as a valedictorian in 1996. She also received an outstanding student gold medal.

Following graduation she worked as a research assistant in Georgetown University Hospital Emergency Department.

In 2000, she worked as a research assistant in Oral Medicine department at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. In 2001 she was accepted to a D. M.D program at Tufts University and was awarded a Presidential Academic Scholarship. She ranked top 12th percent of the graduating class of 2005. Dr. Htet finished her General Practice Residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Dr. Htet completed Pediatric Dentistry specialty program at Tufts University in 2009. She then entered private practice. She has been married for 14 years to Dr. Mohamad Ossiani who is an attending faculty in Emergency Radiology Department at Brigham and Women's Hospital. They have a wonderful daughter Tara who is five. They love traveling, swimming and spending time together.
